Vawa approved after long battle
I filed it on Dec2020 and i was denied beacuse i didnt submitted joint resudence lease copy and some declaration issue i got denied on April 2024 again i filed i290b on May 2024 i got denied on July 2024 and again i filed i290b with lease copy paper by finding it difficult but i submitted and explaining my declaration issue and it worked they approved my i360 2 days ago! i thought my doors are getting closed but keep faith in God he can do anything! Hope my ride goes smooth from now on! My i290b is not updated yet it says filing fees waived but my i360 got approved and i got reopen notice from lawyer and my i485 also got reopened!

O caso do meu filho estava demorando muito e procurei ajuda com a congressista da minha região, e hoje ele foi aprovado ! Aprovação na aba documentos. Procurem informação com os congressista de sua região!

Case was at Nebraska SC but at some point was transferred to California SC.
What priority dates are being approved at California SC as of now? Super frustrating when I see all these cases behind ours move ahead of ours.... what gives?! There been over 100 cases (that we have counted) that were behind us that moved ahead of us???? Just ready to get on with it. 🤞😭
