We have taken an action to your case

I received an email from USCIS saying "We have taken an action to your case" but when I checked online, there's no changes at all. My status is still saying "Case is received and receipt notice was sent". Some people saying that when they get that email, they get approved few days after but it's been 2 weeks and no changes at all. Anyone have the same experience?
