Quit sponsor after 2 years
I left my sponsor after working with them for 2 years, pd not current yet(3 months behind). I had my interview a year ago, no update from my interview yet and is still in the field office.
Do i need a new supplement j right now or can take my time to find a new sponsor? Will I have any legal complications if I don’t have a new supp-J with me or if I don’t have a new sponsor?
Looking for suggestions and want to hear if anyone has been in similar situation.
RFE Response Receipt Date
I’m kind of worried about the date our RFE response was received. The deadline for responding to the request was for RFE was 7th of July as stated on the letter , we mailed the response on 1st of July but our case update today shows that it was received it on 10th of July. Do you think this will affect their decision? Please share your experience 🙏
