interview schedule, I-765 not approved yet
Is it normal to get initial interview schedule for I-485/130 since I havenât got my I-765 approved yet? just two months after filling

Exhausted and Frustrated
Today make a year since I sent in my application and it seems like they toss my case a side the rfe was for a simple yes or no questions on the I-485 for about inadmissibility and its been over 7 months since I've responded, and its stuck at actively reviewing, no interview no other Rfe ,so why they taking so long to make a decision,I've sent in a lot of evidence, bank statements, car insurance,photo other insurance many photosi don't know what else they are waiting for.
I so badly want to see my parents,especially my sick dad and my kids, two will be graduating in July Omg.
I can't even go away too long either maybe couple days because my husband had a stroke so I have to be here to take of him.
But just to have the freedom of not dealing with this immigration thing with everything being so crazy would put me at ease a bit right now.
Please pray for me and I hope everyone waiting with me will get their approval soon.

I'm moving to new address in few days. if i change address online via eaddresschange in uscis, will the greencard come to new address?kindly help

i129f K1 fiance visa approved - how much time left before visa is issued?
I129f - K1 Fiance Visa - USA / Philippines- submitted 6/2024 & approved on 3/2025! Praise God! Iâve watched all the videos showing me next steps but I have not seen anything clearly define estimated wait times from NOA2 until Visa issuance. For reference I am from the USA and she is from the Philippines so she will go to the Manila embassy. Does anyone know the estimated amount of time left before visa is issued or even better the amount of time of each step after the NOA?

hello house, I don't understand this please On March 18, 2025, we transferred your Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, Receipt Number SRC24*********, as part of standard processing. Form I-730 Asylee Petitions are transferred to USCIS International Office or DOS Consulate Office in the country of your beneficiary.s physical residence. That USCIS office or the National Visa Center will provide you with instructions regarding the beneficiary.s interview.
If the beneficiary relocates to a different country, contact the USCIS International Office or the DOS Consulate Office in the new country to request to transfer Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition. Form I-730 Refugee Petitions are transferred to USCIS International Adjudications Support Branch for further processing. That USCIS Office will provide you with further instructions upon receipt of your case.
