Anyone here who moved to H1b from J1 with a pending I485 (I140 approved & I485 submitted while on J1) got H1b stamping from India and successfully reentered the US. How likely will be to get 221g while go for H1b visa stamping?

Question on Jamaica police certificate

We're at the NVC stage and currently waiting for my husband's police certificate. About 10 years ago my husband was arrested and charged with a crime but was found not guilty. Will this show up on his police certificate if he was found not guilty? Wondering if we'll need to get documentation from the court or not showing the not guilty verdict.
