service request reply from uscis
My PD was July 2020 unskilled adjustment of employment,
I did service request outside normal processing times . after 5 days uscis reply
The status of this service request is:
Recently you contacted us regarding the status of your pending application or petition. USCIS systems indicate that we are actively reviewing your application, and nothing is outstanding at this time.
USCIS officials will determine whether an interview is necessary. If we schedule you for an interview, you will be required to appear in person at a USCIS office. We will send you a notice with the date, time, and location of the interview. If USCIS officials determine that the requirement for an interview may be waived, your application will be adjudicated by a USCIS Field Office in the order in which it was received. Additional information can be found on the USCIS web site

appears the K3 did speed up things, I wasn’t expecting to hear anything until next year

Is anyone still waiting for EAD from 2022?
I filed everything concurrently in Sep 2022 and nothing has been approved yet 😞My lawyer says no one in her clients is still waiting for EAD from 2022 😭😭
I’ve filed several service requests and asked for congressional help, but didn’t help at all… I’m tired.
