I-824 Approved
Hello all,
I applied for my Wife on Feb 3rd 2022 form I-130. That got approved on March 3rd 2023 and On March 10th 2023 I submitted form I-824, ever since then I have not received any update at all...Its been same status since March 10th 2023.
I have called USCIS Customer service and explained my situation, the gentlemen understood my problem and realized yes it is taking long, then he submitted a service request for a Tier 2 Agent to call back. That was on Jan 5th 2024, i was told I have to wait 30 days for a call back. 30 days will be around Feb 16th 2024.
I also called USCIS On Thursday Jan 25th and Spoke to a Supervisor, she said wait for the Tier 2 callback, if you dont get callback/dont get help please give a call and connect to a Supervisor.
Now im praying hopefully something will happen and things will progress. #i824

Approved VaWA -Upcoming Court Hearing
So, like I mentioned before I got my vawa approved month ago sometime last year, and my lawyer had to file a motion to recalender. So long story short, I do have a court hearing scheduled very soon for my previous case before I filed for my vawa. Any advice on what I should prepare for I know I do have a lawyer who is going to help me who is already in the process of helping me anyways . Should I ask for the judge to terminate the case or The judge proceed with my green card application.
Service Request
At the USCIS website, I can’t select the National Benefits Center from the list of processing times for my I485. The website says if I can’t find my form I’m allowed to submit a service request after 6 months. I can find my form but not the NBC. Does that mean I’m allowed to file a service request after 6 months of form submission (PD Oct 2022, I485 files Mar 2023 after I140 approval, CRP since Sep 2023, current since Jan 2024)?
visa approved but still no update in ceac website
The officer congratulated me and said we will send your passport with the visa in the coming weeks but My case still stuck ready since the 23 which was my interview date. No further update. Does anybody else experience anything similar. Cr1 Gz consulate. I heard it’s normal to wait after the interview but no update is what am seeing.

221g missing documentation
hey you guys, my husband had his visa interview and he got the 221g form bc they want a new joint sponsor. we submitted the new joint sponsor with all the required documentation on December 27. we still haven’t received any notification and it’s been a month now. how long does this usually take? to process additional documentation? Note: this is NOT additional administrative processing. anyone been through this?
