Greencard Approved in Wrong Category
Greetings. i received my greencard Approval but i my Pd isnt correct. upon Checking they approved it on E36 Category rather than E8. What should i do next? I saw someone with the same problem. looking for suggestions from anyone if they faced similar situation. PD is Aug 21.
it’s been 35 days!!
it’s been 35 days since they approved the I130 and filing concurrently everybody else usually gets there 485 approved arround the same time.
1. 9/19/23- Lawyer appointment
2. 9/25/23 - Mailed all in (with medical)
3. 9/29/23- Recipes notice
4. 10/6/23 - biometric notice
5. 10/23/23 - biometrics appointment
6. 10/31/23 - I765 work permit arrived in mail
7. 3/20/24 - I130 approved (36 days ago)
now we just need prayers that they open the screen and approve the 485 because we need it!!

Hello, I submitted the complete package on November 6, 2023, I received notification of transfer of case for employment and travel permit in January and now in April I received notification of transfer for Green card and 360. Today I received the fingerprint appointment notification, my question is: is the appointment for fingerprinting normal or is my case going quickly?

i contact my congressman on march but 5 days ago they sent me email that they reciveed update about my case which is from USCIS stated that my case is under review by superviaor officer on my local office area and they cannot give me the time frame at this time..that they working on my case..please anyone in this kind situation need help..

Uploaded documents-are they seen?
Hello everyone. When you add additional evidence online, how do you let the officers know that? I added extra evidence but an agent told me to send a message online. However, I'm not seeing an appropriate subject to choose. Anyone experienced this? I filed with paper but they uploaded the application and it's now IOE. I'm afraid they'll not look at them when reviewing my case unless I email them. I tired calling again but no luck. I also corrected and uploaded questions 61 to 69d of form 485 and need to email about that, too. That one will get an RFE if not seen when reviewing. Thanks!
Potomac processing timeline for US citizen spouse
I-130 filing for U.S. citizen spouse over seas is showing 24-28.5 months omg, am I tripping? I thought it was 14 months! 😞 I filed on July 11/2023 and got my 1st review on 19th Aug, and nothing yet. like my husband haven’t done anything such biometrics/medical anything such! when will this thing move? ughhh so frustrating. I had my cousin who filled for his fiance 5 months ago and heard back saying his case got accepted within a 5 month ( TX service center) . and my nothing yet and almost 10month in May now. 😔
