Hello everyone, please I’m seeing my travel document I-131 says Case closed since Thursday however it is still on “Case Was Received and receipt was sent”. My I-765,I- 130, I-485 also are being actively reviewed and when I checked documents, nothing is in there. Anyone experience this as well?

I got DQ on April 30, 2024 and my case is currently At NVC, category CR1, consulate: Kuala Lumpur (KLL). No transfer, KL based petition.
Does anyone has any idea how long does US embassy Kuala Lumpur take to schedule an interview for CR1?

just got approved!! my full timeline
I’m a Canadian and got married when I visited and adjusted status. We mailed in the I-765, I-131, I-130 and I-485 all together with my medical included. I submitted a ton of evidence and a cashiers check for the payments.
they received it May 30th 2023, got my biometrics done a week later and got my I-765 approved a week after that. Then absolutely nothing for 6 months.
My I-130 was approved in November 2023, no interview. I was hoping for my i485 to be approved but nothing. Got my i-131 approved May 6 2024 and just today got my i485 approved exactly one year after we applied.
it’s a massive relief and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without reading some of the stories you all have posted. Thank you for that and if anyone has any questions I can help out as best as I can.
my field office was also Minneapolis/St Paul and both interviews were waved.
i751 waiver
I have a conditional 2 year green card, we’re however separated and I want to file for a divorce and apply for my permanent green card through a i751 waiver based on abuse as he has been very abusive. my question is, I know the process might take a minute and I want to know if I can get remarried after filing the i751 waiver due to abuse while it is not yet approved. can I get remarried to someone else while waiting for my i751 waiver decision?
