MyProgress went down to 1 week, then it said it’s taking longer than expected for an entire month. Now it says “18 months”. has anyone experienced this? I’m frustrated and worried.

Becoming a Citizen during I 485 still pending
I just became a citizen almost a year ago and my lawyer told me I didn’t have to do anything and that Uscis will automatically change my status for me which turned out to be not true.
My lawyer claims she sent out my copy of my passport to us is but no response( this was 2 months ago)
I reached out to Emma today and was told that since my wife’s I130 was approved 3 months ago, there is nothing I can do to change the status of the i485 anymore. ( I wanted to quicken the process now that I am a citizen).
What should I do now?
