USCIS Account says Interview Scheduled but no notice yet - N400
Hi folks,
My N-400 status shows ‘Interview Scheduled’ (step 3 of 5) on my USCIS account in myProgress tab, but I haven’t received the interview notice by mail or in the documents tab. How long does it usually take to get the notice, and should I be concerned?

I filed a writ of mandamus finally after waiting for 4 years and 3 month. what should i expected now. Has anyone done this? how did it go? We have been married for 5 years and have 2 kids. No crime and i came in legally. My husband is a US born and raised citizen. We went for our interview April 2022

Interview Cancelled
Hello,
I just had my interview scheduled and cancelled at the same day... now the status is Actively Reviewing again.... is this a good thing? Is my interview waived?
On my uscis portal it says that i have completed the interview... but i have not. Please someone with a similar situation?

so there is a part that shows a graph in the app with 3 lines a light blue ,dark blue and a dotted gray line my understanding the dark blue line has to cross the dotted line for my appointment to be set and ready for me ... and the light blue line has to be above the gray line as well ..... has anyone else been able to see the graph ?

I had my vawa appoved last year and my 485 is still pending.
I want to go to school and wondering if anyone knows if one can get fafsa will an approved vawa???

Biometrics appointment schedule
I-485 application was filed on May 12, 2025 and we received our acceptance receipt on May 30, 2025. I am the primary applicant, my Spouse already had his biometrics done on June 16,2025. It’s been already 53 days I haven’t yet received Biometrics appointment . Tried to reach out the USCIS Live agent they mentioned on June 06th they tried to schedule a Biometrics appointment but Biometrics appointment scheduling failed. Now I need to keep waiting. Anyone had similar experience?

Hello everyone,
My husband and I just submitted the requested civil documents to NVC. Now we wait for the notice that we are “documentarily qualified”. How long does it take to get this notice after submitting everything?
And how long after being DQed will we wait to hear that an interview has been scheduled for him at the consulate?
He will be at the consulate in Frankfurt, Germany, for reference.

green card denied
Hello everyone, I went to the Green Card interview twice. The first time, everything was in order. After the second interview, my I-130 was approved. However, immigration asked me to submit my medical exam, test results, and co-sponsor info together. I sent the medical exam separately and the co-sponsor info online, which led to my Green Card being denied. I’ve since requested a review and submitted the correct documents. Has anyone else been through this? Any advice on what happens next?

hello every one , my sister she has asylum pending since 2011 but she got her case admin closure 2017 my mom
she got her green card she filed for my sister and her pd is 04-11-2017 it’s going be soon , she doesn’t have criminal records she want to processed with her f2b but she has to go back to her country to do the visa anyone has had this situation ( she doesn’t have criminal records nothing ) please guys your help is appreciated please !
