hola deposite desde diciembre 11 y aún no tengo respuesta de ninguno de mis casos tuve cita para huellas en enero 11 y después me pidieron RE la envié el 28 de febrero me respondió y aún nada

I contacted congressman on the August 6 and they send me the release form on that same day, I downloaded the form print put my information in and sign and email it back to them on August 8 and August 15 they sent me an email stating the respond from Uscis a whole paragraph saying my case is within normal processing time and the earliest I can inquire about my case is January 2025 and when I go to the USCIS app it shows on August 16 we ordered you a new card.... Thanks to the almighty who else could it be but you God....

On Friday I keep seeing this message comes up when I go to lawfully app say 1 new update but when I click on it I dont see anything anything and I keep seeing it and doing the same thing nothing but just now at 1: 37 am I saw it again click on it and it show nothing so I log into my USCIS app and I saw on my i-360 on August 16 2024 we approve your form i-360.... Omg am just here crying for joy I don't have words to explain how happy I am this morning... Thank you Jesus you have done it for me.
Can anyone answer me why my case hasn't done yet !!!
I apply my greencard to AOS from the restaurant since 2016. And it approved I-140 on Dec,2018. But my lawyer mess up my case with the other and told me about typically error. After that she told the officer and resend the right one to the USCIS in July,2018. They got it and will redo it again. I don't get anything until now. How can I do with USCIS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ANSWER
