How All. Does anyone know if their is a USCIS Memo or some official document dealing with LPRs, who stayed more than 6 months overseas due to COVID-19 restrictions on travel? I have a client who wants to apply for naturalization but couldn't return to USA from overseas from 2020 until April 2021. I wonder if the 5 years & 50% absence rules are tolled due to COVID-19. Any response will be appreciated.

i 693 medical form deficiency

I just got i693 deficiency letter. The letter says two things may come soon in the mail. 1. Could be an RFE for the medical or 2. That I should bring it to interview when scheduled. Do you think I should do my medical immediately just in case?

Travelling with Greencard

Hello everyone, I'd like to know the experience when travelling outside the United State for the first time after getting the Greencard and also coming back to the USA alone. Thank you.

Everyone that has gone through the PERM process during previous years, does obtaining the PWD take 6-8 months or has it become extremely slow due to COVID, etc.

prioritization date: 05/28/2021 I replied Request for evidence in August/21, then I received the notice that they received it. It's been 5 months and I still don't have my biometrics appointment!!

I expedited I-131 a month ago because my she was sick and I had a letter from a doctor as a proof, I did not get response from USCIS for a month and today I woke up with an email from them asking for proof, do I still send it even though my mom she’s doing fine now?

So i received my work authorization 16 days ago but i haven’t received the SS card yet.. How long apart did you guys have to wait if to did to get your Social security card?

April Filers still waiting for EAD

it looks like many MARCH filers are now getting their EAD. so.. I think we are next people. That card should be in the mail in the next following weeks. Keep the hopes us!!! I am.. 😬
