Good day my good people, please can share your experience when you made a service request and also call Uscis and what what I got was my case is on security check! Marriage base, Pd June 2017,field office Chicago.have already went to 2 interview one was October 2018 and second one is august 2019. just got a receipt for my 4th EAD renewal!
validity of Medical examination
Good day all, please I need clarification. I filed for AOS in December 2019 and I did my medical examination around March 2020 and my interview is coming up next month May 2021. I will like to know if my medical examination is still valid or I should do a new one. Your suggestion and advice is welcome. Thank you.
CARD IS BEING MAILED TO ME

please my status said card has been mailed to me since last week Thursday till now it hasn’t changed yet to USPS picked up the card.how long does it take to get the card after been mailed? is it possible to get the card delivered even without my status been changed?? I’ve received my approval letter last week Friday.Pls I’m kinda worried thank you

NBC processing times?
Anyone know how long it takes to be scheduled for an interview in NBC employee based ?

NIW 140 has been approved Sep 2020
Case of 485 Received - Oct, 2020
Biometrics - Dec, 2020.
RFE of I-693 notification was received 03/28/2021
04/09/2021 has responded to the RFE (Medical exam)
thinking to file citizenship but I was outside of country for 199 days in last five years,
should I need to file citizenship now? or I have to wait for one more year because I was outside of United state for 199 in last five year but I did not overstay intention I was lost GC while I am travelling can any one explain me tell which would be better now or later,

Query Regarding Settlement Visa
Hey! hope you all are doing well. I'm kashi khan from Pakistan.I have a quiry regarding my Settlement Visa.As one of my friend who's the Permanent citizen of US. she told me that i will give you a place to stay.She referred me an Attorney in immigration law center,PC.The attorney told me that I'll file a petition for settlement visa but before that you have to pay me 500$ of consultation fees.What should i do Now? Should i pay her consultation fees and how much is the chances of visa to be granted and how much i should pay for her?
