hello guys my case was approved and send to NVC on febuary 27 and I already paid all fee and submit all civil documents and also I received a mail said my case is qualified and the going to work with my country consulate to schedule interview. I want to know how long NVC take to schedule interview during this pandemic I'm LPR (lawfully permanent resident) thanks you
Filing Fee for Child AOS after Rejected Application
I submitted AOS for myself and 9-yr old son but bank declined payment for my son’s filing fee so USCIS rejected his application but accepted mine. When refiling, will I be paying $750 still or is it now $1,140 because I’m now refiling for him alone?
Anyone familiar with this situation please help.

Goodday everyone
I Just finished my interview today at Hartford office and everything went well,I didn’t spend up to 15mins with the OI he just asked me the basic yes and no questions and also asked how we met.we weren’t separated then he told all my supporting documents and looked through the whole pictures about 60pc I printed.then he said everything is okay that I’ll get a respond on my mail then he gave me a white paper saying it’s a receipt that I attended my interview.I after some minute my app updated that interview completed and my case must be reviewed.what do you guys think? I’m I Gonna get it approved as soon as possible

RFIE I-944 Cancellation Update
For those who got RFIE I-944 that were due after the March 15 cancellation of the form, has anyone gotten communication or update to your case saying it’s not longer needed and next steps?
What have you done in place of sending the I-944, to keep the case moving along if anything?

so we have filed i130, i475 and I 7765 back in October 2020 they send the entire package back saying it’s missing form i944 in December
I sent it back with the form the next day after i received it
now when I check my status it says cases were received on January 8th and fingerprint fee for i475 was accepted on February 4.
I did get my receipts on February 16 in mail
that being said it’s been almost 3 months since case was received and 2 months since fingerprint fee was accepted
can anybody tell me how long it takes to get the biometrics appointment?
from what I see it shouldn’t take more than 5 weeks?

Can I apply for I-765(EAD) with I-485(AOS) while post-completion OPT is pending?
My wife is a permanent resident and filed for my I-130(GC petition) back in 2019. Recently I received my I-130 approval but just a week before that my university started processing my post completion OPT. Since i have my OPT currently pending, will it be a conflict if i file the optional I-765(EAD) with my I-485(adjustment of status)?

i have a friend who just got divorced but he's on 2 years conditional green card but his marriage was real , he got in a simple problem with his wife and his wife chose to sign for a divorce and his wife said she's not gonna help him get the 10 year , how can he possibly get his 10 year green card
