On 06/30/2026, after you inquired about your I360, we sent your Extension PFD Notice to you using the most recent address we have on file. The original notice should arrive within 45 days.

Please follow any instructions on the notice, respond to the notice by the response deadline, and submit any requested information along with the original notice with your response.
Important Information
We encourage you to respond to the notice by the response deadline. Regulations do not provide for an extension of time to respond to our notice.
If you do not respond to our notice by the response deadline, we will deny your petition/application due to abandonment. You may not appeal a denial due to abandonment; however, you may re-file your petition or application at your earliest convenience.

I-485 Interview Scheduled
Hello,
I had my I-360 form approved in January 2025 and I am now scheduled for my I-485 interview.
Because things have changed and continue to change constantly. I have no idea of what to expect?
will I get asked about the abuse even when it has already been adjudicated? I went thru a very traumatic experience and just the thought of having to relive and tell what I went through makes me very anxious.
Does anyone here has something to share? what kind of questions to expect?

USCIS always surprises me with their work. Is it always like this or what. Immigration process is no joke. some have a smooth transition while other have to have a tons and tonssss of patience. i am almost out of my patience 😬 how y’all are dealing with it!?
I-485 transferred from NBC to Boston Field Office — good sign?
Hi everyone,
My I-485 has been pending since November 2024. My case was originally being handled by the National Benefits Center (NBC).
Today I chatted with a USCIS live agent, and they told me that my case has been transferred from NBC to the Boston Field Office. I live in Massachusetts.
Does anyone know what this usually means? Is a transfer to the local field office a positive sign that the case is moving toward adjudication, or is it just a normal part of the process and doesn’t necessarily mean anything?
My case has already been pending for almost 2 years, so I’m trying to understand whether this transfer is meaningful.
Has anyone in Massachusetts had their I-485 transferred from NBC to the Boston Field Office? If so, how long did it take after the transfer to receive an interview notice, RFE, or decision?
Any experiences or information would be appreciated. Thank you!
Asylum approved 2023, I-485 pending at NBC - Got "Decision Was Mailed" on my OLD I-589 two days ago?
Hi everyone,
I was granted asylum in Dec 2023. I filed my I-485 for green card and it's pending at NBC.
Two days ago (Sep 16), my OLD asylum case (I-589) suddenly updated to "Decision Was Mailed". I got very confused because my asylum was already approved a long time ago.
I did a Senator Inquiry 2 weeks ago for my I-485. Is this update related to NBC requesting my asylum file from the asylum office?
Did anyone else get a "Decision Was Mailed" on an already approved asylum case while your I-485 is pending? What letter did you receive after?

Prolonged I-485 and H-4 Delays—What Is the Best Way Forward?
My #EB-2 NIW priority date is October 2023. My family’s I-485 applications were received on October 24, 2025, but there has been no progress or meaningful update since then.
Additionally, my dependents’ H-4 extension applications were received on June 24, 2025, and have now been pending for over 450 days. My work visa was extended as the principal applicant, but my dependents’ H-4 extensions remain pending.
Everyone in our family received employment authorization except my husband. His driver’s license has expired, and because his H-4 extension and employment authorization application are still pending, he cannot work or renew his license. This prolonged uncertainty has left him deeply frustrated and depressed.
The situation has also placed a significant financial and emotional burden on me because I am solely responsible for supporting our family of six. Although we have an immigration attorney, the attorney has not responded to my inquiries for approximately three months.
What is the best way forward? At what point should I contact my congressional representative, submit an expedite request, contact the USCIS Ombudsman, consult another immigration attorney, or explore legal action to compel USCIS to adjudicate our cases?
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? I would sincerely appreciate any advice.
EB1-A green holder family immigration (Spouse & Childern)
Hi everyone,
I am an EB1 A green card holder. My I 140 was approved in March 2023, and my I 485 adjustment of status was approved in September 2023.
When I filed my I 140 and I 485, I included my spouse and five children as my derivative beneficiaries. However, they were living outside the United States and did not file separate I 485 applications.
I would now like to bring my spouse and children to the United States through the appropriate follow to join or consular processing process.
Could anyone who has been through a similar situation please guide me on which application or petition I should file with USCIS to initiate the process? I am particularly interested in knowing whether Form I 824 is required in this situation and what the next steps would be after USCIS approval.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance from people who have successfully brought their EB1 A derivative beneficiaries to the U.S. after adjusting status.
