Now second interview again like the first one never happened. not stokes, married for 18 years. I'm confused with this new interview instead of the sending rfe.

I got the update: USCIS is processing your case.
I got that 1 month after they received my RFE answer. Now is two weeks since that update. Does it mean that the final answer is soon? Because I waited already 26 months since I send the case to get the RFE petition from them.
is someone here that already had this and got approved or denied. my block is IOE09242 and my field is electronics and telecommunications.

so currently i am pending i485, my PD is 8 june 2022 with eb3 other workers 2 months behind. currently i am on F1 status and no EAD or i131 yet.
should i continue the school or should i just leave it? because i have to pay 5000$ to the school. what do you guys say about this?
Filed EAD renewal in Nov 2024 but still no update. Nothing shows on the USCIS website or on this app. Anyone with the same situation?

Govt filed a motion to dismiss my WOM — any advice?
I’ve been waiting for about 19 months for my I-485. I filed a WOM back in March. The govt missed the first deadline, so my attorney served them again.
Now, the government has filed a Motion to Dismiss (MTD). They’re arguing that 19 months is not an unreasonable delay and pointed to the current processing time of around 32 months.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? If I oppose the MTD and the judge grants it, what happens? Would it be better to voluntarily dismiss the case now and possibly file again after another 6 months?
Any experiences or advice would be really appreciated! 🙏

I have a question to ask..
A few years ago i was married to an abusive woman that showed me how hell feels like and thankfully we’ve been divorced for about 2 years now!
- In Feb 2025 my lawyer have filed my VAWA I-360 alone without filing the I-485 saying that it’s safer to get the I-360 approved first and then he will file the I-485 just in case if the immigration denies my I-360 i would stay safe while if we file them both at the same time and they deny my I-485 i will automatically become in a removing situation and that would be a bad thing especially under the new system!
Even though he said that my case is solid and that my evidences are very strong!
My question is do you guys think what he did is the best thing to do or should i file the I-485 now because i kinda need a Work Permit and a real id!
