Citizenship Question ( Please don’t answer if you’re not sure from your answer )
I received the green card after 3 years and the Green Card residential day is the same Green Card issue date which is May 2019 but I entered US in 2016 as refugee. Am I eligible for citizenship? depending entrance date? or I have to wait more 5 years depending on the date it’s says resident in the Green Card?
confused on service center
my case had a typographical error..my date of Birth was incorrect..today get an email said they correct it..but the email came from California service center..
but my receipt have Texas on it..and on the receipt say processing at Nebraska service center..my case is in actively reviewing now..so I don't know which service center have my case..waiting for a tier 2 officer to call because this makes no sense..California service center is far behind kmt..
consular visa
just had my I-140 approved and since my process will be a consular one, I need to submit a DS-260 to NVC prior to have the interview in consulate
does this app track this kind of form review?
anyone knows on average the DS-260 processing time? (couldn’t find it anywhere)
