thinking to file citizenship but I was outside of country for 199 days in last five years,
should I need to file citizenship now? or I have to wait for one more year because I was outside of United state for 199 in last five year but I did not overstay intention I was lost GC while I am travelling can any one explain me tell which would be better now or later,

if you can prove to USCIS that you have maintained your continues residency in the United. for example you kept your job in the US while traveling abroad, keeping your residence in the US or having strong family ties in the US, then you should be fine

I was just stay 6 week when I was entered very first time in USA but I was lost my card while I am travelling

when I was left usa in 2016 at that time I don’t have any job because I was came to USA in 2016 for only 6 week than went back to India
