validity of Medical examination
Good day all, please I need clarification. I filed for AOS in December 2019 and I did my medical examination around March 2020 and my interview is coming up next month May 2021. I will like to know if my medical examination is still valid or I should do a new one. Your suggestion and advice is welcome. Thank you.

Wouldn't they send a RFE if a new one was needed?

RFE will be sent if a new one is needed. You can call USCIS to clarify.

from Nov 2018 the change the policy from 1yr to 2yrs validity.

yours is still valid. it’s valid for 2 years. the thing about 60 days is that it can’t be older than 60 days when you file. you’re good.

they only take 6month old nothing more they we not take its I just have last year June was returned to me
