can someone from nigeria help are if anyone has experienced this my husband is from nigeria and our interview received letter intent to deny cause of my husband divorce decree. I guess they have different ways for divorce then in america we can see everything online and in nigeria where my husband lives was I think he said a customary divorce in his town courts. what do we need to do?
LPR- I30 July 2019 still waiting for approval
it’s been 632 days since I filed my I-30, case was received at CSC and Transferred to TSC on Feb 2020.
it’s almost 2 years and no approval.
2 expedite request to uscis denied
1 inquiry from my congressman and nothing
multiple out of processing inquiries from me and I just get the “still processing” response.

my question is my husband (petitioner) has a new job and this income is above poverty guidelines, however he started this job in the middle of the year so his tax return does not reflect above poverty guidelines, do we need to get a joint sponsor? or can my husband be the only sponsor since In fact he would have made enough if he worked an entire year.
RFE for i130
My husband called a week ago to inform USCIS of his status update from LPR to Citizen. Today we got an RFE for our i130 form.
We only filed i130 form. No biometrics and no social security no for me yet.
So husband could not include me in his tax filing.
I’m on F1 visa and don’t work.
We stay with our in-law ( husband’s parents) so we do not have any leasing or mortgage to show.
Can my father-in-law write a letter to that effect?
All our documents have the same address even before we officially got married.
We’ve got joint bank account, car insurance, life insurance, medical insurance, drivers license, a loan together, pictures of marriage, pictures of our families , pictures of our parents, etc.
My dad is in my home country but he will also write a letter as a proof.
A few friends or family can also write.
Would this be good enough?

Nothing to share, just a 09/2020 filer with nothing from USCIS. Not even “thank you for your interest in becoming a PR Mr.” My patience is over running over, I am reaching my elastic limit. No one checks USPS informed delivery in this USA more than me.😢 Countless calls to USCIS, Emma probably know my case off hand by now, maybe next time when I ask it, it will tell me to be patient like the anthem of all tier officers when you call them. Lord I see what you are doing for 10/2020 PD’s and so on. I see it dawg. Dawg we the same NBS, same concurrent filings, same year, why is USCIS hating on 09/2020 PD 😟? Lord just help my life and I will not sin anymore 🥲. The way USCIS is skipping 09/2020 PD over and moving at 75/mph in a 20/mph (Covid inspired) zone to 10/2020 PD and upward filers. It’s paining me not gonna lie. 😞 😞 😞. I still love y’all dreamers. Stay stronger 💪🏿. Strong is no longer enough for USCIS! Closed lawfully, OP returns to checking USPS informed delivery for 04/21/2021. 🏃♂️
