I have requested a call from Tier 2, got only email telling me that I can send e-request, wth?!. That is what I did to begin with to speak with Tier 2 and they just told me to do it. Makes no sense. Like when your car breaks, you call a mechanic to fix and he tells you to get a mechanic. I am annoyed.
