NIW processing time
just saw that the processing time to a I-140 NIW (Texas Center). went from 12-15 to 13-27.5 months!! couple days ago they had the PD in jan/2020.... it just moved to Jan/2019.
it seems that the backlog is getting bigger and bigger

the times also increased on Nebraska as well.... but not even close to Texas times
