Naturalization
So I filed my I-751 conditional resident removal and my wife and I have been married for 3yrs 6months. I was wondering if I can file for Naturalization while my I-751 is pending. Thanks

you use the date on the greencard not the date on your marriage.you should apply 90 days before your greencard is 3 years old

Alexander. You must have your Green Card in your hand before you file the N400 Citizenship Naturalization.

morgane baudry he can apply for N400 even if his i751 is pending.they only check the 90 days to 3 year of G.c if you apply when the 10 yrs is pending they call you for a combo interview.they do both i751 interview and N400
