what did your RFIE say. was it we need your medicals to complete processing on your case? if so it may be waived

@aj why do you say that if they asked for medicals his interview is probably going to be waived? i though they always asked it before scheduling interview, dont they?

@ andrea sometimes they ask you so bring your medicals to your interview instead. and to take decision on your case could mean this is the last thing we need..

The notice clearly tells you what to do! I got an RFE last week for medicals and it clearly tell me that I “MUST” mail them in and they will make a decision based on the evidence I submit.

M A, I don’t know. I was responding to andrea1234’s post. I haven’t sent my RFE yet. I just got it past Friday. Although, my lawyer did say that he has been seeing a lot of employment based interviews waived when his clients have gotten this type of a letter.
