Nebraska is fairly fast

I applied on Aug 24th 2020 got approved on March 24th 2021

It was Nebraska

@sendy you should call. Uscis says that processing time is 7 months max for Nebraska

march 2020 here . 397 days and counting

make sure it’s really in Nebraska because the online receipt will show that but when you get papers it will come from a different service center possibly an agent will tell you it’s a different service center it looks like all IOEs for l-130 get the initial Nebraska receipt then it’s sent for servicing elsewhere

@Estefanny. it could be neither of them. You have to call them to confirm. I sent mine on 02/17/2021 and it said Nebraska online. The form came from California. I called them and they said it is in Vermont.
