Family can you please share your experiences filling the form I-864?
Does my spouse, who is currently adjusting status need to be included on form I-864? We are submitting forms to NVC for our children who are out of the US. Please Help!!

I filled all my forms from YouTube and got approved. search for “Jacob J sapochnick” plus the form number on YouTube. he goes step by step. hope this helps!

what do you mean if he should be included? if he’s the one you sponsoring he should be on it. If he had gotten his work permit and social security card and is eligible to work and you guys filed taxes together you should also filed a I-864a
