hi All , through congressman I have expedite my request I have received below response from his office “Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible” does this mean expedite request approved if yes how many days it will take ? What's the longest you've waited between "expedite request approved" and a decision on your case? In my 4 years of dealing with the USCIS, it's never been more than 10 days, but this time 45 days and counting - still no decision. We expedited 131 renewal due to USCIS error. Texas service center.

finally I just got an email saying my expedite request was approved. after 160 days and calling them every week or two, following up and not giving up on it. I'm hoping that getting the actual document won't last longer than another 1-3 months. does anyone have an estimate or experience on how long it takes after the expedite request is approved?
