VAWA expedite request approved
Hey guys my VAWA expedite request has been approved what next? I have heard USCIS takes months to act on the case after expedite request approval, anyone had VAWA expedite request approved before and how long did it take to get the VAWA approved

@financial and serious family health issues but I got the same timeline waiting or even worse so.... nothing changes this freaking cruel and inhumane timeline.

when they approved my expedite request back in July, they sent a RFE August responded September. Denied November 12,25...Appeal December 16, 25...Receipt notice received...I got legal representation now! That is who is handling the appeal

@AS the deal was that they ll only charge for the whole case up front not on stages. No my lawyer never charged anything extra

@Lonewolf Lonewolf After my expedition approved almost a year ago ,no desition yet on vawa case and no rfe .
An approved expedition does not guarantee Vawa approval , I saw a woman with approved expedition got a denial. Good Luck to all

@Lonewolf Lonewolf every category mostly but I resent everything that was sent back in 2022....After the denial notice I got a lawyer because it made no sense what they were doing. For example our wedding picture their reason for denying was "you appear to be wearing a wedding dress and the gentleman beside you your husband" their exact words... So I went and got legal representation to appeal their decision.
