Hello Lawfully Fam! You all have given me hopes when I feel like it is a never ending process. I want to take a moment and share my time line for everyone in the F2A Catagory. PD -05/02/2022 Approved- 06/11/2025 Case was sent to the Department of State- 06/14/2025 NVC welcome letter - 06/15/2025 DQ- 07/10/2025 We are currently waiting for an interview date with the US Embassy in Georgetown Guyana🇬🇾

I got approved 20 April and case was sent to the department of state 24 april and I haven’t received the welcoming letter yet . is anyone have the same issue this period ? I’m wondering if it is normal !

Approved i130 -Spouse (California Service Center)

I hope the following info will help those who are waiting for approval of i130 or going to apply for i130. February 10, 2024 (We received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and sent you a receipt notice). April 28, 2025 (We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.)(approval letter was in document section. April 29, 2025 (Case Approved) May 2, 2025 (Case Was Sent To The Department of State) May 2, 2025 - I just got welcome email from NVC and just paid the fees. May 8, 2025 - Submitted all documents to NVC (CEAC) May 19, 2025 - All required applicant documents have been received and approved.
