I got approved 20 April and case was sent to the department of state 24 april and I haven’t received the welcoming letter yet . is anyone have the same issue this period ? I’m wondering if it is normal !

Approved i130 -Spouse (California Service Center)

I hope the following info will help those who are waiting for approval of i130 or going to apply for i130. February 10, 2024 (We received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and sent you a receipt notice). April 28, 2025 (We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.)(approval letter was in document section. April 29, 2025 (Case Approved) May 2, 2025 (Case Was Sent To The Department of State) May 2, 2025 - I just got welcome email from NVC and just paid the fees. May 8, 2025 - Submitted all documents to NVC (CEAC) May 19, 2025 - All required applicant documents have been received and approved. (Edited the above info after each step) #i130 #spouse #nvc #uscis #CR1

now im confused.

april 4, uscis is working on your case april 7, i got my notice of approval april 10 today. i got another notice from uscis saying my case was sent to the department of state for visa processing. does this mean im getting the nvc email soon? or what? thankyou!
