case denied!

my case was denied shortly after they sent my letter for an interview date, I could not attend to the interview because my letter came after the supposed interview date., I called and was told it would be rescheduled! I got an email two days ago from USCIS and I was told my case would be replied in 10 working case concerning the interview! today i received a denial! what can I do? am worried. anyone in this situation ?

G-56 I485 interview

Hi everyone, I just received G56 Call in notice for i485 interview. we had our marriage base interview for I-130 3 years ago and it was approved the same day. Now I got this notice and I’m so freaking out. It says that I should come by myself or bring an attorney. The letter states: Reason: I485 interview Bring with you: Government Issued ID a little bit background story: - I had an asylum case and the case was denied. - got married to US citizen and had I-130 interview now I got this notice and I don’t know if anyone was in the same situation?

DON'T GIVE UP! KEEP FIGHTING FOR YOUR FREEDOM

I just want to share my experience, hoping this can help someone or at least give someone hope. I got married on 2012, we applied for a petition trought our married on 2016, the situation was worse after that and I just leave my husband. My lawyer called me to tell me that my process will be canceled because my exhusband refuse to pay it. I told him that It was ok, that I will get divorce anyway because of the situation and he told me about the vawa case and I was not feeling prepare for that, I was a broken woman by then and he told me to call him when I was prepare. I prayed and prayed and I have my answer when my exhusband threating me to deport me and keep me away from my daughter. The long-short story is that I applied for vawa on January 2018, got a rfe on January 2019. On January 2020 my vawa case was Denied because of the bad work of the lawyer, they did not sent all that uscis was asking. I applied again on August 2021 just 3 weeks before my time was expired because it was almost 2 years from my divorce. I got approved on July 2023, I apply for I-485 on Nov. 2023, I got Medical request on Nov. 2024. They received them on January 14 2025.. Still waiting.. Keep praying and fighting, Jehovah God will give us the victory. Blessing to all of you!

After 18 months denied us reason for denial is Indian Beneficiary's decree, we did provided them with divorce judgment,court order translation& they called divorce dcree & straight denied. #Suggestion

I'm US citizen and US army reservist My wife, an Indian beneficiary, and I filed our i130 application on August 16, 2023. We initially submitted the divorce decree from her previous marriage (which occurred in 2022) along with the court order when we applied. However, we later realized that we had uploaded the wrong documents. In April 2024, we uploaded the correct court order from the Indian government, along with a certified English translation of the document. In November 2024, we received an RFE (Request for Evidence) asking for the divorce decree. We resubmitted the same documents, thinking that USCIS may not have reviewed the ones we uploaded earlier. Unfortunately, our case was denied on January 31, 2025, after waiting 17.5 months. We are now uncertain whether we should appeal the decision or reapply entirely. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

please did anyone had this issues, my case was denied because my previous marriage wasn't finalized ,then after getting all the reason why was denied situated, please do I need to annulled the previous marriage with same person (my wife) before marry her again or just go to the court marry her with fresh date then submit again,,please I need help incase any have same problem..thanks God bless
