No updates after interview

1080 days and still waiting EB3-1 PD: Dec 2021 Aug. 14, 2024 - interview done Sept. 9, 2024 - fingerprints were taken Oct. 11, 2024 - Case transferred to another office Spoke with the Tier officer and Emma agent this week, but they both mentioned there's no update at the moment. How much longer do i need to wait? Is there someone who has the same PD as mine and is still waiting for approval? thanks

360 as a Widow. case transferred to another office

“On May 9, 2024, we transferred your Form 1-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. “ I submitted my application in March 2023. why did USCIS transferred my case? I thought I-360 as a widow only be handled in Vermont office. Does it mean that I will restart the entire waiting process? Location change

My I485 is in progress and it was transferred fron TSC to NBC and there was one more status update and current status is‘Case Transferred to another office and new office has Jurisdiction for your case’. My question is- due to my current residence address, it must have been with relavant Field Office. If I change my address within the state, will FO will change again leading to delay?
