Case Transferred To Another Office

Hello, My I-360 was approved in January. I originally filed both my I-360 and I-485 together back in 2022. I recently received a notification that my case I-485 has been transferred to another office. Does this mean anything? Should I expect to receive a request for a medical exam soon?

No updates after interview

1080 days and still waiting EB3-1 PD: Dec 2021 Aug. 14, 2024 - interview done Sept. 9, 2024 - fingerprints were taken Oct. 11, 2024 - Case transferred to another office Spoke with the Tier officer and Emma agent this week, but they both mentioned there's no update at the moment. How much longer do i need to wait? Is there someone who has the same PD as mine and is still waiting for approval? thanks
