AP time

My application was received on January 21st for the VAWA, and on May 9th my work permit was approved. However, after 284 days, I'm still waiting for a response regarding my travel permit “ADVANCED PAROLE”. Has anyone else experienced such a long wait between the two? I see most applications being approved either simultaneously or within a few days of each other. Should I be worried?

520 Days and Counting - PD 6th June 2024

Hi, my application was received at Texas on 5th June 2024 and PD assigned on 6th June 2024, recept notice received on 21st June 2024. Processing times are continuously increasing, started from 7.5 months and currently at 19.5 months, most of the I-140s (approximately 80%) in the batch as per casestatus ext and mycase hub are approved, 2 denied and 1 RFE. Any commenfs on this? shall i keep hopes high or expect an RFE? Earlier query time was November 2025 which has now shifted to March 2026.

My congressman contacted USCIS. How long will it take for me to see a change in my documents?

"Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your constituent, regarding the status of her family-based Form 1-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. USCIS service records confirm that the 1-485 application was received on November 19, 2024. The case has been received into and is under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Central field office. The case is currently pending interview scheduling. The current processing time for family based 1-485 is approximately 16 months. The application is within normal processing time. I applied for VAWA and my application was received in August 2021, till now no approval yet. I don’t know what is going on. It’s very frustrating at this point.
