Yesterday, my husband petition was approved. Our PD is June 20th, 2023. I got notification of the 2nd Actively Review, checked under documents and there was the approval notice. Currently on OPT, when to file for Marriage-based green card and EAD
Hi all,
I am currently on F-1 OPT, and my spouse is a US citizen. I haven't filed any forms for marriage-based adjustment of status yet. I would like to start the process ASAP, but worried if I must wait until 90 days after I return from my inevitable international travel planned for August 15-September 3. That means I won't be able to file until early December.
I understand that the general rule is I should wait until then due to my current OPT status, but I still wanted to ask here if there is any way for me to start the process now. I also understand that it takes a while to get an Advance Parole approved. TIA!

A question unanswered in the I-129F application?
Hey there,
I noticed that we have left a question unanswered in our application. The question is if the beneficiary has ever been in the US. I have not been in the US before and have never applied for any kind of visa to visit the US. I do not know how that would affect our application and the timeline? I'm sad, nervous and it is just incredibly hard to be away from my wife. What should I expect? How long does it usually take for a spouse living abroad to get his case approved?

RFE Request on form I130.
My PD is May 23, 202 all forms at NBC (concurrent filing), last month my EAD was finally approved and the remaining two forms are finally actively being reviewed. I saw an email about a change on my account and saw the RFE request but can’t see what it is. Emma Live Chat was no help, I just want to be prepared, I have reviewed my copy of the application and don’t see anything missing.
