I-765: My wife received the EAD card 45 days ago and I dont
so, we both applied under my eb2 but she was approved and already received the work permit and my #i-765 is still under analysis. is someone else passing through this recently? it’s been 150 days since I submitted it.

I already called USCIS last week and they said my case is processing normally and that there is nothing wrong, so I guess it's just another year of waiting #I-765 #UVISA

Approved work authorization application I-765 but No EAD Card After 100+ Days
My work authorization application has been approved for over 100 days now( sep 3rd approval date), but I still haven’t received the card and the status never changed to ‘card produced.’ I’ve contacted USCIS so many times and every time they just tell me to wait another 30 days.
My Congressman submitted an inquiry and USCIS took 29 days to respond. They told him my application was approved back in September and that the card would be produced at a different USCIS facility, and that I should receive it within 30 days. Well, those 30 days are over and I still haven’t received anything.
So my Congressman submitted a follow up inquiry and we’re still waiting. I originally submitted my application in June, so this has been going on for a really long time. It’s honestly so frustrating and unfortunate.
Has anyone been through something similar?
* update: Jan 8th, 2026, I got a new approval notice for my work authorization from USCIS yesterday ( a second one with different dates with 18 months validity instead of 5 years ) . So hopefully they send me the card this time.

I -765 Application for employment Authorization
more than 12 weeks i am still waiting for my application for employment Authorization to be approve.I am just wondering if this is still normal? we paid a lot of money for the every documents that we sent . Just asking if how many months and weeks I can able to wait for my working permit? more than a year i am jobless because to file every documents in uscis its a lot of money. for now I am very frustrated because I wanted to go to work so that I can help my husband to pay for our bills every month. Inflation really high! God help us!!
