Filling I-134A with missing passport
I am trying to complete form I 134-a for a minor, who is still awaiting his Cuban passport. His mother, who is bringing him has hers, but the child’s passport is delayed due to extreme requests at the moment. Can I submit both forms for mother and child, but send the child’s without the passport info? Has anyone been successful submitting a parole request without passport information?
