everyone waiting on an answer
We are all going through anxiety, depression, anger and nights of tears waiting for them to give us an answer. Some of us have been waiting for years and others for days, but we are all going through the same mental struggle. And I know some of us need to hear this, DO NOT FORGET TO LIVE MY FRIENDS!! You are loved! You are not alone! Take care of yourself! Enjoy life with those who are there for you! And if you are all alone, find a community where you feel welcomed (not a kind of cult that uses you), do some volunteering, keep your mind busy, hang out ;)
We can not pause our life because some people are not handling our cases and doing their job. They are enjoying their lives while we are not living ours, so please do not forget to be happy and do not forget your love ones.
Good luck to everybody, I wish you allllll the best in the world my friends

VAWA based GREEN CARD APPROVED, NO INTERVIEW
Here's a quick summary of my journey.
Jan 2020 - reached out to an attorney. He suggested applying for VAWA.
For the next 3 years, I'd get a lot of EAD every year, sometimes with gaps which resulted in the employer laying me off due to no work authorization.
I wasn't able to travel either until I finally received my travel permit I-131 in April 2022 which was valid for one year until April 2023.
Mar 2023 - VAWA petition approved.
Aug 2023 - I-485 RFE - medical exam
Nov 2023 - Today I received an email from my lawyer with a photocopy of my green card. I checked MyUSCIS and it confirms that my I-485 was approved last week.
This was my journey of about 4 years from the beginning of applying for VAWA until my green card was approved.
There's another 5 years before that where I had to deal with USCIS, spouse, divorce, etc. that part was all done without a lawyer and I wish I had picked one sooner. After 9 years my struggle finally ends and I am a free person who can travel and see the world.
It seems like my green card was approved without needing to do an interview.
Good luck everyone, I'm out #vawa #ead #greencard
how long did it take you to receive the I-131 after getting fingerprints?
hello guys!
My case is being processed by the national benefits center, I’m currently in Florida but my case is taking longer than I had expected.
How long did it take you to go from the fingerprints to the date of approval ? From where did you file and which processing center were you assigned ?

Lawfully scam
Allright, Lets talk about Lawfully app!
Everyone who is in lawfully is probably reading this. My iCloud is logged in more than one device. The first device had free trial used up in the past. The app was downloaded in he second device. After download and logging in (with a different account details than first one), it showed 3 days free trial option. I selected it but didn’t know i was actually being charged on the background. This is non-refundable. Should they not be fixing this error or at least not showing Free trial option again and again?? Their premium account do not have any good features but I will have to pay them continuously for 3 months although I don want it. Isn’t this a scam??
