EAD what W4 file if I just got a job under combo card
hello everyone ..
hoping someone can help! I just got a new job and I got my combo card EAD and I’m waiting for my interview to get my green card.
in the job paperwork for tax purposes it asked me to file either a W4 for Resident or W4 for Non resident Alien (which category do I fall under )???? or which one should I file?? taking into consideration that if I file under Non resident alien I can only be single filer ( and I’m married to us citizen and I want to claim our daughter as dependent ???? also last year my husband and I filed under married filing jointly with my ITIN ( since at that time I didn’t have a social ! PLEASE PLEASE PLEAS EHELP !!
please help !!!!! I haven’t found any response .. I want to make sure I do it right and I don’t take either too much taxes or too little out of my paycheck!

I have got my EB3C green card.
I would like to ask if I work more than 6 months , but some reasons the employer laid me off, fire me, or do not want me to work with them.
would it impact my green card or commitment to my employer for at least one year working?
would it have any problem?
or I can do anything I want later ?
travelling when applied for H4 extension.

Anyone of you has experienced the situation, where we have applied for EAD along with H4 extension and travelled to the native country.
I have applied for H4,EAD along with H4 extension and due to emergency, fly back to my native country and on return my H4 got extended. I am really worried what will happen when my case will be opened.
please suggest if anyone has gone through the similar situation.

hello, does anyone have any information on where or how I can start school again without needing a valid social security? I graduated high school in 2015. I want to continue my education in IT / computer science, or pharmacy tech. where can I start even if it’s a course? my husband whom I have 2 kids with and have been with over the past 6 years, is trying to fix my statues, so I’m patiently waiting on that. thanks
Switching to EAD while 140 is pending
I am on H1b visa and my spouse on L1A. His employer started GC process, I-140 /485 is pending but received EAD/AP.
My h1b will max out in 5 months, can I switch to a new job on GC-EAD. Will it cause any issues since primary beneficiary’s 140 is pending.
Pls suggest, I am thankful for your forum and guidance.
