Multiple job change AC21 job portability
Hi,
Looking for answers on I485J form.
here is my situation
1. my current employer changed my job title using AC21 job portability, as my I485 is pending more than 180 days. Current employer amended my H1B for title change. Also they will provide I485J for the interview.
2. I want to change my employer. New employer wants to transfer my H1B and file I485J after I join.
3. Should I ask my current employer to submit I485J before quitting?
4. Do I need to wait for I485J approval before changing employer?
