I’m waiting since august 15

Go apply my friend. I received my EAD OCTOBER 13, I print the SSN form and filling out with a copy of my EAD and passport and send it to winter heaven SS administration. 10 days after, they call me and give appointment for bringing my original documents. one week after, I received my SSN

I did all of those , still waiting everyday n night for ssn, I don’t understand what’s going on anymore,

I has similar experience. I received EAD and waited 1 week then I called SSA to inquire why I did not receive SSN card. They scheduled me to come in to SSA office to give them my application and required document for the SSN card. Card arrived in the mail 1 week after I applied.

you don’t know how much in hurry I’m in to get ssn , it’s been more than two months n half .

update: my local SSA office finally returned my call and scheduled an appointment for me and my husband next week, USCIS didn’t apply ssn for us even we checked on the form that we needed one.
