Hi, can I travel inside the US with my employment authorization card. I went to apply for my ID here in Texas, and they didn’t issue one because it had to be switched to verification. They told me it would take 5-7 days worst case scenario 30 days. I called this morning and was told immigration had not responded to the DMV.
i-140 approval after RFE

EB-1B I-140 finally approved after more than 15 months.
Took a long time but it finally happened. 485 was not applied concurrently but after 6 months of I-140. Is there a chance 485 gets approved within FY2022 quota?

EAD approved after two expedite requests.
Reason: I have a job- healthcare/public health research. Second request was denied on Thursday (request was made on Tuesday). To my surprise, card is being produced.
My advice: be persist with your expedite requests. I made two requests in less than three weeks. Good luck to everyone still waiting for approvals.
