I-130 Approved, I-485 pending on medical RFE
my I-130 got approved after 2nd interview but got a medical rfe because first one got expired . My question is should i be expecting I-485 approval after i submit my rfe if my medical is ok or should it still be my concern that if my I-485 is going to be approved or not? any thoughts will be appreciated, thanks.

After almost a year and two expedited requests finally, card is being produced. I hope and pray for everyone here who has been waiting. I know it can seem and feel daunting but stay mentally strong. I still have a long way to go with my i-485 but at least I can work to support my family until then.

I got an update today that my i-130 was approved, as well as a RFE to mail in my medical form to local field office. I have not been scheduled for my interview. I had the medical on hand so I quickly mailed it with the notice. Has anyone experienced this? Will the interview be waived?
