My case was approve on 1/1/2018 but my lawyer mess up the document betwwen me and my friend. Then they try to correct and send the right one to the USCIS. The USCIS said they will try to decide again. So I try to check from the website until now but they didn't decide it yet. But it has already been 4 yrs. And my question is......How long do I have to waiting for them to decide about my case and do I still have chance to get approved my green card ? some people said my case was denied but it still not decide from the website. My case is AOS but my mom was sick that make me have to go to my original country. I don't know it can make any effect to my case or not. Could anyone tell me about my case ???
