Expedited ours too for medical emergency but was denied 15days later.

Yes it was a strong problem. I even got a letter from his hospital emergency ward that they will need my assistance. I added all those docs but the petition was denied in my home country. So I pray they somehow DQ my NVC stage now. I pray they expedite yours for you since she is a minor they might consider that too.
