why a 2nd interview and how was it ?

@GC soon . The hardest part of a marriage based green card case is the i130. if that gets approved, you don’t really have to worry except you’re in some kinda removal proceedings. So I think after the RFE is submitted, you should get approval soon . let’s pray for the best question: when was your first interview? and when was your second? I wanna know the time interval between the two

@sal . thanks for the comment ,just regarding youre concern im not in any removal proceedings or anything , so i guess i should be expecting a quick approval after the rfe as you said . thanks for youre kind wish . My first interview was on 15th july 2022 and 2nd on 7th September in nyc queens field office.

@sal why is the 130 is more difficult/harder in the proccess?

i did my second interview and medical expired n sent in RFE for new medical n got approved in 10 days

was it a i130 or i485? was it removal proceeding?

my interview was 11/10/2021 at nyc after 4 I got stock notice which on 04/07/2022 they interpreter not we will reschedule in month until now nothing man I’m in removal proceeding bro thanks

gc when did u do the medical first time. did they ask u for medical again in rfe
