beneficiary is from the philippines. normally it’s the second active review that most of us will get the approval. august 18, 2021 is our priority date. maybe it got transferred to Nebraska SC, processing times for LPR is 10.5months there.

omg exactly the same happened to me, first California, then transferred to Texas and my letter came from Nebraska 😂😂😂 congratulations
