@damjana from my understanding you’re going to go through AOS now, so your interview should be scheduled in the US and not in the embassy abroad

I think it’s possible to adjust status in the US for f2a applicants, at least per this USCIS page: https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-eligibility/green-card-for-family-preference-immigrants but it’s always best to consult immigration lawyer or do a thorough research on this type of adjustment

i applied before than applying for I-130 I wasn’t married when i came in usa
