Hi! After the second review, we sent an inquiry thru USCIS online account. The response that we got was, just to check our service center processing times. looks like their standard reply.
We did also ask how can we expedite or transfer to other service center which has faster processing but we did not apply for any of these.
2 weeks before our approval, my husband (petitioner) sent another letter to USCIS saying that we wanted to be together soon and hope that they approved our case.
I’m not sure if that helped with the quick approval.

by the way, our approval letter came from Nebraska which only has 10.5 months of processing for green card holders
