&HP, congrats!!!!! when did you expedite? I expedited on the 30th of august, received an email saying it’s under review 3 days ago. haven’t heard anything since then!

I expedited on Aug 29. They requested to send evidence on Sep 9th and today morning it was approved even though I didn’t submit any evidence!

I need help I expedite last week they ask for evidence

I told them my wife is expecting baby next month and I need to work so I can be able to pay the bills while she’s sitting down

@raheem I would recommend writing a cover letter explaining your situation and documents from the hospital showing your wife is pregnant

we have very similar case info (same filing, almost same dates, at National Benefits Center) and I got my I765 approved tonight as well (no expedite). I believe your expedition had nothing to do with approval of I765.

i130 is still showing as case was received. The courtsey letter was uploaded to my online account last friday
