Request for Additional Information Received Oct 24, 2024 On October 24, 2024, we received your response to our request for additional information regarding expedite processing of your Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widower), or Special Immigrant, Receipt Number I requested an inquiry through my congressman a few months ago and have just now received an update. What should I expect next? Has anyone else been in a similar situation or had experience with this?

Expedit Request Approved 2 days After it Was denied

Hey everyone! I have a quick question regarding the I360 and I-485 approval process. I initially applied for both the I-360 and I-485 on July 13, 2020. On August 15, 2024, I submitted an expedited request, and on August 16, I received a notification stating, “Request for additional information received and that it has been transferred to an officer for review.” However, on August 17, my I-360 expedited request was denied, and on August 19, the expedited request I-360 was approved. For some additional context, I received my first Combo card in 2021, valid for 2 years, and then received my second one earlier this year, which is valid for 5 years. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for the I360 to be approved after the expedited request has been approved? How about the how long for the I-485 to be approved after the I-360 has been approved? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! #vawa #i360 #expeditedrequest #approval #denial

I-765 (EAD)status changed to “Request for Additional Information Received” meaning?

I have been trying to expedite my EAD as I am out of job for 4+ months and can’t survive anymore. Today I received the status “Request for Additional Information Received “. What does this mean? I did not provide them any evidence (via fax or mail). Will I get approved? What evidence they are talking about? Can anyone please share experience 🙏🙏🙏

I recently submitted expedite request for i765 and my status has changed to "Request for additional information recieved". I was not asked to submit any supporting details so not sure why status changed to that if I have not received or submitted any evidence or documents supporting reasoning of expedite request. my case is pending for over 12 months. Is anyone aware of the reason of why would status change to that. since no evidence requested so would this mean expedite request would decline?
