Pending asylee looking for employment based sponsorship in healthcare

hi guys…. I’m currently a pending Asylee since 2017. I have American kids. working actively in healthcare and when I tracked my case it says next step is an interview. The problem is it has been saying that for a while now. I’m actually in health care and a Licensed nurse now and was wondering if I could get an employment based sponsorship to take my application to the next level. I’m actually looking for health care employers ready to take it up,and support my immigration process. I’m looking for placements anywhere in the States. Most agencies I researched on only provide sponsorship for RN ( registered nurses). I was wondering if anyone has tried this and what are the odds of an aprooval., or if there are recommendations for hospitals, facilities or agencies, plus a good lawyer who has experience in such a case. Asylum and Pending I-485 through Citizen Spouse

In 2019, 1 applied for asylum in the United States but did not receive any follow-up documents regarding my application. Later that same year, I met my partner and we got married in 2021. As a result of the marriage, I became eligible to apply for permanent residency through my spouse. My I-130 petition for sponsorship was approved eight months ago, and I subsequently applied for the l-485 adjustment of status. However, my case is currently pending as I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) for further sponsorship documentation. Recently, I checked the status of my asylum application and it indicated that the next step is an interview. I am seeking advice on what steps to take next with regards to my asylum application while my I-485 application is still pending.

Asylum & TPS

Hello All, i applied for Asylum back in 2014 and until today I have not heard any updates except “Next Step is an interview”. nothing besides that. This was from Asylum office in NJ. additionally, I have been applying for Syria TPS since it launch. i applied in April for the renewal and a new EAD I-765 and until today nothing as well. i also had a work authorization based on my Asylem status that has expired and I applied to renew that one,C8 catagroty, and they received the case on DEC 2nd 2021 Texas processing center. i have received the 180 days automatic extension. however, if I don’t hear anything from the USCI (as processing times are ridiculous right now) what are my options, I am at risk at losing my job. Also, any recommendations on the Asyluem case that’s been pending for 8 years now? Thank You!
